Role Overview:
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and customer needs. You will work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to demonstrate, customize, and optimize SIRP’s security solutions for global customers. Your expertise in cybersecurity will be crucial in building trust, showcasing product value, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical advisor to international clients, helping them understand how SIRP’s platform can enhance their security operations.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations for prospects and customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Assist in RFPs, RFIs, and proposal development for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback for product improvements.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, competitive products, and industry best practices to position SIRP effectively.
- Represent SIRP at international conferences, webinars, and industry events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consultant role within the cybersecurity domain.
- Strong understanding of SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response), SIEM, threat intelligence, and incident response solutions.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity frameworks, security operations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging international clients.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting PoCs, RFP responses, and competitive analysis.
- Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or vendor-specific cybersecurity certifications.
- Experience working with international clients in regions like the Middle East, Europe, or North America.
- Familiarity with cloud security, automation, and AI-driven security solutions.
